Retailer Frequently Asked Questions

What is your minimum order for a new retailer?

Our minimum order value is 40 pairs of Slipfree® shoes / £320 which is carriage paid. Each shoe or swimwear design must be taken in a pack initially. The shoes are sold in packs of 10 pairs with a fixed size distribution based on 7 years of global sales data. We do have different size packs available which may vary between designs and from season to season.

How can I replenish & top-up my stock?

Our replenishment order value is £170 plus £7.95 delivery. Delivery is free for order values over £320. Order value can include shoes and swimwear. The most economical way to purchase Slipfree® Shoes is in a pack of 10 pairs and Swimwear in a pack of 8. The first order of the season must be taken in packs  and on selected designs we offer the option to re-order and pick & mix by design & size for a premium of £0.50 per pair/piece availability depending. The selected designs will be communicated each season and visible on the website to purchase as Individual pairs.

How does your sizing work?

We have 6 Children’s sizes from a UK shoes size 2 (approx. 9 months) to UK shoe size 3 Jnr (approx. 10 yrs.) – INF, XS, S, M, L, XL. Each of our sizes spans across 2 shoe sizes.

We have 2 Older Children's sizes - XS (3-4) & S (4.5-5.5) - from a UK shoe size 3 - 5.5


We have 4 adults sizes from a UK shoe size 6 to 11 – M, L, XL, XXL. Each size spans across 2 shoe sizes. Women’s designs go up to a size L and Men’s/Unisex designs have all 4 sizes.


We have 5 Children's Swimwear sizes – Age 2-3, Age 4-5, Age 6-7, Age 8-9 & Age 10-11. 

We have 4 Men's Swimwear sizes - S, M, L & XL.

How quick will my order arrive?

Please allow 48 hours from the time of your order for our warehouse to process our order. We will then ship it on a Parcelforce 24 service so usually that will arrive the next day. Tracking information will be emailed to you so you can track the status of your order.

What are your payment terms?

Our payment terms are Pro-forma. Terms are available on request.

Are the products sun safe?

Yes all our shoes & swimwear are UPF50+ rated

How can I get a merchandising stand?

Please refer for our Order Guide for information on the order values needed for our different merchandising stands. Our smallest stand is our spinning Table Top which holds 40 pairs and comes free with the purchase of 80 pairs / £620, although these stands are only available to small stores less than 20sqm or in additional to a floor standing unit. Our smallest floor standing unit is our Corner stand which is double sided and holds 120 pairs (60 on each side). We then have our Small Stand which is triple sided and holds 180 pairs (60 on each side) and our largest stand is also triple sided and holds 360 pairs (120 on each side). We also have our Swimwear stand which merchandises 240 pairs of shoes and a minimum of 24 pieces  of swimwear. 

Can I buy a merchandising stand?

Unfortunately we don’t sell the stands separately. They are only available with the purchase of shoes to fill it.

What are the dimensions of the merchandising stands?

Our smallest floor display unit is our Corner stand which is double-sided & holds 120 pairs (60 on each side - each hook holds max. 10 pairs), it has an oval shaped base with a length of 59cm, a width of 41cm and the stand height is 142cm. It comes free of charge with the purchase of 120 pairs. 

Our Small stand is triple-sided and holds 180 pairs (60 on each side - each hook holds max. 10 pairs), it has a round shaped base with a diameter of 59cm and the stand height is 142cm. It comes free of charge with the purchase of 180 pairs. 

Our Large stand is triple-sided and holds 360 pairs (120 on each side - each hook holds max. 10 pairs), it has a round shaped base with a diameter of 76cm and the stand height is 156cm. It comes free of charge with the purchase of 360 pairs. 

Our Swimwear stand has 2 shoe stands connected by rails to hang the swimwear. Each shoe stand has a triangular base,  is double-sided to display the shoes and holds 120 pairs (60 on each side), so holds a total of 240 pairs. The base length is 178cm, the width is 59cm and the stand height is 142cm.It comes free of charge with the purchase of 240 pairs and 24 pieces of swimwear. 

Our spinning Table Top stand holds 40 pairs (there are 4 hooks, 2 on each side and each holds max. 10 pairs). The width is 42cm and the height is 45cm. It comes free of charge with the purchase of 80 pairs. This stand is only available to smaller retail spaces of 20sqm or less or in addition to a floor standing unit.
