Returns Policy

On rare occasions your customers may experience a fault or quicker wear than expected with their Slipfree product. If this occurs please ask your customer to send picture evidence of the issue and then email wholesale@slipfreee.co.uk with the images and details of the design & size they ordered. Our team will review and in the majority of cases provide you with an exchange, a credit note or a refund. The products need to have been purchased within the previous 3 months.

Regarding our foil prints products, they all carry a warning on the front of every product, which states " **The fabric of this product was designed using foil-print technology. Since foil-prints are not as durable , products with this print may wear and fade faster**. Please make sure your customer is aware of this before purchasing.
